DIRECTOR OF FINANCE & ACCOUNTING SHARED SERVICES
OPPORTUNITIES IN FINANCE & ACCOUNTING
The Director - Finance and Accounting Shared Services will oversee the financial reporting and accounting functions in compliance with both India and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). This role includes managing key finance functions such as General Ledger (GL) Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Tax, F&A Excellence, India Finance, and Procurement.
The Senior Manager of Accounts Payable (Source to Pay & Travel and Expense) and Accounts Receivables (Billing & Collections) will oversee and manage the full lifecycle of the payables and receivables functions. This position requires strong leadership skills, extensive experience in finance and accounting, and the ability to streamline processes to improve efficiency.
The Manager - FP&A will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis functions, providing insights and recommendations to drive strategic initiatives and improve financial performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional financial acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
MANAGER OF ACCOUNTING (RTR)
The Manager of Accounting (RTR) will oversee the end-to-end Record to Report process, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial records. This role involves managing general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
LEAD ACCOUNTANT - AP & AR
The Lead Accountant - Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables will oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring all financials are accurate. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting principles, extensive experience in accounting, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
The Senior Accountant - Record to Report (RTR) will be responsible for managing the end-to-end R2R process, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial records. This role involves general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
The Senior Accountant - Accounts Payable (S2P and T&E) will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, including Source to Pay (S2P) and Travel & Expense (T&E) functions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of accounting principles.
The Senior Accountant - Accounts Receivables (Billing and Collections) will be responsible for managing the billing and collections processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
