SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST - FP&A

Job Summary: The Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A will be responsible for providing strategic financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and drive business performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making.

  • Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Collaborate with business units to develop and implement financial strategies that align with organizational goals.

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and business development opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Mentor and develop junior financial analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Utilize financial systems and software to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record of success.

  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.

  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as Excel, ERP systems, and data visualization tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in a multinational organization.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, Quickbooks.

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
