SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST - FP&A
Job Summary: The Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A will be responsible for providing strategic financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and drive business performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making.
Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with business units to develop and implement financial strategies that align with organizational goals.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and business development opportunities.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Mentor and develop junior financial analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Utilize financial systems and software to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record of success.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as Excel, ERP systems, and data visualization tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a multinational organization.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, Quickbooks.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
