SENIOR MANAGER - AP / AR

Job Summary: The Senior Manager of Accounts Payable (Source to Pay & Travel and Expense) and Accounts Receivables (Billing & Collections) will oversee and manage the full lifecycle of the payables and receivables functions. This position requires strong leadership skills, extensive experience in finance and accounting, and the ability to streamline processes to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, payments, & expense reporting.

  • Oversee Accounts Receivables to ensure timely and accurate billing, cash application, and collections.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payables and receivables.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls.

  • Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital by managing payment terms and collection cycles.

  • Lead and mentor a team of accounts payable and receivable professionals, providing guidance and support.

  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as necessary.

  • Prepare and present reports on accounts payable and receivable performance to senior management.

  • Use financial systems and software to automate and improve processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable management.

  • Strong knowledge of S2P, T&E processes, and billing & collections.

  • Proven track record of improving efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.

  • Professional certification such as CPA or CMA.

  • Experience in a multinational organization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
