Job Summary: The Senior Business Development Associate in Recruitment Consulting Space will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our market presence within the Recruitment Domain across PAN India region. This position requires a strategic thinker with at least 5 years of experience in business development, particularly in TaaS, Core F&A Recruitment, Referral Recruitment, and Corporate Job Portal Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement business development strategies to increase market share & revenue in the recruitment sector.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
Oversee the implementation of recruitment solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
Mentor junior business development associates and provide guidance on best practices.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the recruitment industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes & services, including TaaS, Core F&A Recruitment, Referral Recruitment, and Corporate Job Portal Sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Experience working with diverse client groups and managing high-profile accounts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
