Job Summary: The Senior Business Development Associate for Immigration Consulting will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base within the Immigration Services Industry. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of global immigration laws and regulations for the specified countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and revenue in the immigration services sector.

  • Identify new business opportunities, foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, & government agencies.

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on immigration trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

  • Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant immigration laws and regulations in the countries of focus.

  • Mentor junior business development associates and provide guidance on best practices.

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of high-profile accounts, ensuring excellent client service and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Immigration Law, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the immigration services industry.

  • Strong knowledge of immigration processes & regulations for Australia, the USA, New Zealand, Canada, Germany, and Luxembourg.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Experience working with diverse client groups and managing high-profile accounts.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
