Job Summary: The Senior Business Development Associate for Immigration Consulting will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base within the Immigration Services Industry. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of global immigration laws and regulations for the specified countries.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and revenue in the immigration services sector.
Identify new business opportunities, foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, & government agencies.
Conduct market research to stay updated on immigration trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
Ensure compliance with all relevant immigration laws and regulations in the countries of focus.
Mentor junior business development associates and provide guidance on best practices.
Manage and maintain a portfolio of high-profile accounts, ensuring excellent client service and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Immigration Law, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the immigration services industry.
Strong knowledge of immigration processes & regulations for Australia, the USA, New Zealand, Canada, Germany, and Luxembourg.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Experience working with diverse client groups and managing high-profile accounts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
