Job Summary: The Senior Business Development Associate in Business Consulting will be responsible for supporting the growth and expansion of our offshoring and outsourcing consulting services. This includes AP (Accounts Payable) Outsourcing, AR (Accounts Receivable) Outsourcing, Finance GCC (Global Capability Centers) Setup, and Outsourced Automation Projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, consulting, and a comprehensive understanding of offshoring and outsourcing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing business development strategies for offshoring and outsourcing services.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in AP Outsourcing, AR Outsourcing, Finance GCC Setup, and Automation Projects.

  • Support client relationship management and business growth initiatives.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

  • Monitor and report on business development performance metrics.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • An advanced degree or professional certification is preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, consulting, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of AP and AR processes, Finance GCC setup, and automation technologies.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.

  • Experience working with diverse client groups and managing high-profile accounts.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
