Job Summary: The Senior Business Development Associate for Background Verifications will spearhead initiatives to expand market presence, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the background verification industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the background verification sector.

  • Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients, including cold calling, networking, and presentations.

  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify upsell opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, vendors, and other key players.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs by consistently driving business development efforts.

  • Prepare detailed proposals and presentations for prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of background verification services.

  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, client feedback, and market trends to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the background verification industry.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify market trends and develop effective strategies.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all business development activities.

  • Experience working in a multinational organization.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
