Job Summary: The Manager of Business Development for Recruitment Consulting will spearhead initiatives to drive growth and expand our market presence within the Recruitment Domain within PAN India Region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of recruitment trends and client needs, particularly in the areas of TaaS, Core F&A Recruitment, Referral Recruitment, and Job Portal Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market share and revenue in the recruitment services sector.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
Oversee the implementation of recruitment solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development within the recruitment industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes & services, including TaaS, Rent a Recruiter, Referral Recruitment, and Campus Hiring.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Experience working with diverse client groups and managing high-profile accounts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
