Job Summary: The Manager of Business Development for Recruitment Consulting will spearhead initiatives to drive growth and expand our market presence within the Recruitment Domain within PAN India Region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of recruitment trends and client needs, particularly in the areas of TaaS, Core F&A Recruitment, Referral Recruitment, and Job Portal Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market share and revenue in the recruitment services sector.

  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients and partners.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.

  • Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.

  • Oversee the implementation of recruitment solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development within the recruitment industry.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes & services, including TaaS, Rent a Recruiter, Referral Recruitment, and Campus Hiring.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Experience working with diverse client groups and managing high-profile accounts.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
