Job Summary: The Manager of Business Development for Immigration Consulting will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base within the Immigration Consulting & Visa Services sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of global immigration laws and regulations, particularly for Australia, the USA, New Zealand, Canada, Germany, and Luxembourg.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and revenue in the immigration services sector.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government agencies.
Identify new business opportunities and create tailored solutions to meet the needs of prospective clients.
Conduct market research to stay updated on immigration trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
Ensure compliance with all relevant immigration laws and regulations in the countries of focus.
Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
An advanced degree in Immigration Law is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, preferably within the immigration services industry.
Strong knowledge of immigration processes & regulations for Australia, the USA, New Zealand, Canada, Germany, and Luxembourg.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Experience working with diverse client groups and managing high-profile accounts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
