Job Summary: The Manager - Business Development - Business Consulting will be responsible for driving growth and expanding of our Business Consulting Function. This includes Outsourcing & Offshoring, managing AP (Accounts Payable) Outsourcing, AR (Accounts Receivable) Outsourcing, Finance GCC (Global Capability Centers) Setup, and Outsourced Automation Projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, consulting, and a deep understanding of offshoring and outsourcing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to grow our offshoring and outsourcing consulting services.
Identify & pursue new business opportunities in AP & AR Outsourcing, Finance GCC Setup, and Automation Projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Monitor and report on business development performance metrics.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
An advanced degree or professional certification is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, consulting, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in offshoring and outsourcing consulting services.
Strong knowledge of AP and AR processes, Finance GCC setup, and automation technologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.
Experience working with diverse client groups and managing high-profile accounts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
