Job Summary: The Associate Director of Business Development will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our market presence across our Recruitment Consulting, Immigration Consulting, Business Consulting, Training & Development, and Background Verifications wings. This strategic leader will be responsible for developing and implementing business development initiatives, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market share and revenue Recruitment Consulting, Immigration Consulting, Business Consulting, Training & Development, and Background Verifications wings.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
Oversee the implementation of business development plans and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of business development professionals.
Monitor and report on business development performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations across the various sectors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in business development, with a focus on Recruitment Consulting, Immigration Consulting, Business Consulting, Training & Development, and Background Verifications wings.
Strong knowledge of industry-specific regulations, trends, and best practices.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Experience working with diverse client groups and managing high-profile accounts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
