Job Summary: The Associate Director of Business Development will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our market presence across our Recruitment Consulting, Immigration Consulting, Business Consulting, Training & Development, and Background Verifications wings. This strategic leader will be responsible for developing and implementing business development initiatives, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market share and revenue Recruitment Consulting, Immigration Consulting, Business Consulting, Training & Development, and Background Verifications wings.

  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients and partners.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.

  • Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.

  • Oversee the implementation of business development plans and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of business development professionals.

  • Monitor and report on business development performance, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations across the various sectors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in business development, with a focus on Recruitment Consulting, Immigration Consulting, Business Consulting, Training & Development, and Background Verifications wings.

  • Strong knowledge of industry-specific regulations, trends, and best practices.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Experience working with diverse client groups and managing high-profile accounts.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
