SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST
Job Summary: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between IT and business objectives. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze processes, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements & translate them into functional specifications.
Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, propose solutions to enhance efficiency & productivity.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, document processes, and validate solutions.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior analysts, mentoring them to develop their skills and knowledge.
Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience in a multinational organization.
Knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Project Management (PMP).
Knowledge of relevant software and technology solutions.
