SENIOR CONSULTANT - COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Job Summary: The Senior Consultant - Compensation and Benefits will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs. This role requires deep expertise in compensation structures, benefits administration, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compensation & benefits strategies that align with organizational goals and market trends.

  • Conduct job evaluations and market analyses to ensure competitive pay structures.

  • Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.

  • Oversee the performance management and salary review processes.

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.

  • Provide expert guidance and support to HR and management teams on compensation and benefits issues.

  • Conduct internal audits and prepare reports on compensation and benefits metrics.

  • Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to ensure effective program delivery.

  • Mentor and develop junior HR professionals in compensation and benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP, SPHR) is preferred.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.

  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR management systems.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience in a multinational organization.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
