MANAGER - COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Job Summary: The Manager - Compensation and Benefits will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs. This role requires a deep understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compensation & benefits strategies that align with organizational goals and market trends.

  • Conduct job evaluations and market analyses to ensure competitive pay structures.

  • Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.

  • Oversee the performance management and salary review processes.

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.

  • Provide guidance and support to HR and management teams on compensation and benefits issues.

  • Conduct internal audits and prepare reports on compensation and benefits metrics.

  • Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to ensure effective program delivery.

  • Lead and mentor a team of compensation and benefits specialists.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP, SPHR) is preferred.

  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.

  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR management systems.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience in a multinational organization.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
