RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

Job Summary: The Recruitment Consultant will play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the successful placement of candidates in a variety of roles. This position requires strong recruitment expertise, excellent client management skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and finalizing placements.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations.

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruitment consultants, providing support and training as needed.

  • Maintain and update the recruitment database, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.

  • Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to senior management.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful placements.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Experience in a multinational organization.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.

  • Experience in a multi-specialized recruitment sectors (e.g., IT, healthcare, finance).
