MANAGER - HRBP

Job Summary: The Manager - HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert HR advice and support. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive HR experience, and the ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and provide tailored HR solutions.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.

  • Provide guidance and support on all HR-related matters, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

  • Conduct workforce planning and provide insights on staffing needs and talent acquisition strategies.

  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and development.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and company policies and procedures.

  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations as needed.

  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver integrated HR services.

  • Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

  • Mentor and develop HR team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

  • Proven track record of successfully partnering with business leaders and implementing HR strategies.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR management systems.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in a multinational organization.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
