ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - TALENT ACQUISITION (TAG)
Job Summary: The Associate Director - Talent Acquisition will lead the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive recruitment experience, and the ability to drive strategic hiring initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and finalizing placements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline through various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and recruitment agencies.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct workforce planning and provide insights on staffing needs and talent acquisition strategies.
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment processes and leading teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in a multinational organization.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
