ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - TALENT ACQUISITION (TAG)

Job Summary: The Associate Director - Talent Acquisition will lead the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive recruitment experience, and the ability to drive strategic hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent.

  • Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and finalizing placements.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline through various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and recruitment agencies.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Conduct workforce planning and provide insights on staffing needs and talent acquisition strategies.

  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment processes and leading teams.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience in a multinational organization.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
