ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - HR OPS

Job Summary: The Associate Director - HR Operations will oversee and manage the HR operational functions, ensuring efficient and effective HR service delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive HR experience, and the ability to drive strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the HR operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.

  • Oversee HR processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage employee relations, addressing and resolving employee concerns and issues.

  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development.

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data and reports.

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.

  • Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery and operational efficiency.

  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to HR team members.

  • Stay updated on HR best practices, trends, and legal requirements to ensure the organization remains competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing HR operations and leading teams.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR management systems.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience in a multinational organization.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
